Ryan has been a member of the CMC Leadership Team for over 7 years. Ryan works to maintain all state licenses, and develops, reviews and revises all Company policies to align with state and federal guidelines. In addition to implementation of internal and external risk audits, Ryan directs and ensures delivery of compliance and privacy training to all employees and applicable business associates. A graduate of Geneva College, Ryan is well versed on FDCPA, HIPAA, FCRA, EFTA, UDAAP and other applicable state and federal regulations and manages the company’s call monitoring procedures, maintaining stringent security and privacy obligations

As Director of Marketing and Client Success, Tessa is responsible for overseeing the company's marketing strategy, brand development, client communications, and client success initiatives. Working in collaboration with the Sales, Operations, and IT Teams, she helps support client retention, strengthen client relationships, and ensure a consistent experience across every stage of the client journey. She is passionate about continuous improvement, thoughtful communication, and delivering solutions that support both CMC and its clients.
