Robin Prince brings in over 27 years' experience in our industry. She began working in the debt collection industry in 1992. She started her career as a representative and worked her way up through various leadership roles. With teams ranging from 25 to 250, Robin believes that the foundation of the company begins with the representatives. She has vast experience in revenue cycle management, best in class technology for contact centers, and continuous improvement in both aspects of performance and culture. She is responsible for overseeing the Early-Out, Bad Debt and Client Services Divisions. Together with the Sales and IT Teams, she creates, maintains, and fosters relationships with our clients, partners, and vendors.
