Heather Kepple is the Director of Early Out Client Services and has been working in the medical accounts receivable business for over 25 years. Heather has been with Credit Management Company for 17 years, starting with CMC as a Patient Account Representative and over her career has been promoted to various positions prior to her current role. Heather has experience in first, and third-party medical debt collections and is a devoted and committed member of our team. Her support of CMC and our clients is invaluable. She consistently builds a positive culture; fosters trust and anticipates the needs of everyone around her. Heather and her team are the direct liaisons between CMC Early Out Operations and our Clients helping to resolve account questions, insurance billing issues, reviews, and disputes. Communicating directly with our partners for account resolution and patient satisfaction.
