Make a Placement

If you would like to explore more about CMC and what are services can do for you, please refer to our Contact Us page and request information, or contact our sales department at 1-800-472-1483. We will be happy to discuss and evaluate your situation and make the best recommendations possible for you. Once a mutually agreed upon decision is made, you can begin making placements with us. If electronic placements are the method of choice, test file programming is completed and then you will be set up with a password to access our secure ftp site to make your placements.

Some placements can also be completed over the internet via our Client Access web portal after consulting with your Account Executive. If this is your chosen method, please be sure to contact us to find out if this option will work best for you.

If manual placements are the best method for you, please download the placement forms for your industry as listed below. Instructions are listed above. Once completed the placement forms along with any other key account information may be faxed or mailed to our Pittsburgh office.
