Leadership

Leo R. Kane
President

Leo is the founder and President of Credit Management Company. In 1966 he founded CMC based on the philosophy of “being in business to serve the client”. His vast industry experience and knowledge, along with his strong business ethics and values, set the foundation for the development of a successful premier accounts receivables company. He oversees that CMC standards are consistently and continuously met. His core belief is to seek constant improvement for the organization. Leo graduated from Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mary Lout Muti
Executive Vice President

An integral part of the Credit Management Company team, Mary Lou has been with the organization for over 25 years. Also as acting CFO, her primary responsibilities are overseeing all the billing, financial, and information system related matters. She also has the on-going task of administering the account management system, Client Access and assessing new technologies and improvement capabilities. She is also responsible for managing all monthly client reports and billing statements. May Lou graduated from Butler Community College with an Associates degree in Accounting.

Charles O’Hare
Vice President of Operations

Charlie joined CMC in 1999, and has over 35 years of credit and collection management experience. A vital core team member, his primary responsibility is to oversee all daily operations, desktop compliance and maintenance, telephone automation, and collection department management. In addition, he is responsible for the Call Management Center ensuring constant and functional operation. Charlie graduated from Point Park College with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Pat DiCenzo
Vice President of Sales

Pat is an essential team member of Credit Management Company, and has been with the company for over 10 years. Pat is very active in the sales arena and an active member in several industry associations. She is responsible for managing and directing our sales force and new market and product development. Pat received a B.S. in Science from Ithaca College and completed her post secondary education at Duquesne University.
